Welcome to the first XiaoVenXiao festival, a two-day event running February 1st through February 2nd, 2025! This is a web-only, virtual convention celebrating Venti, Xiao, and all the yearning and longing in-between. We want to bring together old and new fans, and showcase anything from art to fanfiction to music and more!
about the event
The XVX Festival will be hosted on picSquare, a Japanese platform for digital events. PictSquare allows users to set up digital stalls that can link to third-party sites (so AO3, pixiv, a digital store… anywhere an exhibitor would like to showcase their work). On pictSquare you can customize your stall and your avatar, leave messages for your favorite creators, and chat with other participants.The Festival is SFW/for all ages. Both XiaoVen and VenXiao are welcome, and all exhibitors will be expected to tag their works accordingly.
so… who can be an exhibitor?
Anyone! As long as you have published at least one XiaoVenXiao related work, you’re welcome. We do ask exhibitors to prepare at least one new work for the festival. This can be art, fic, comics, cosplay, merch for sale… anything that inspires you and you would like to showcase. You will also be able to link to any past works, your personal shop, or your portfolios. See the FAQs for more info.
does it cost money?
The XVX Festival is intended to be free for exhibitors as well as participants. See the FAQs and the Exhibitor Guide for more information.

XVX Festival will be hosting its very own stamp rally! Participate in the activities below to earn points, submit a digital stamp card (via Google Form) with proof of participation, and receive prizes!

| Find the Fic | There's a hidden story scattered through the event space...! Click around the booths to find and read this special fic. Participants who can answer a question about the fic will receive a rally point. | 1 point |
| Genshin Photoshoot | Where in the world are Xiao and Venti? Take in-game screenshots of Xiao, Venti, or places & things related to them to receive a rally point. | 1 point |
| Maze | Get to the center of the maze in the event space! Adventurers who make it to the middle receive a rally point. | 1 point |
| Donate to Charity | Donate any amount to the Palestine Children's Relief Fund to receive a rally point. | 1 point |
PRIZES
Get 4 points to complete your stamp card! Participants will have one week after the event closes to submit proof of completing activities via a Google Form.
Completion Prize: All participants who submit a completed stamp card by FEB 8, 2025 will receive a XVX Festival vinyl sticker designed by ever (@lolevercelle).
Grand Prize Raffle: All completed stamp cards will be entered into a raffle. Up to 3 winners will receive a grand prize in addition to the completion prize: a set of xiao, venti, and xiaoven charms designed by ems (@starsowing) and a Welkin Moon giftcard!
General Guidelines
All public visitors and exhibitors must behave respectfully. No rude or abusive behavior, harassment or bashing of any individuals, characters, ships, or media will be tolerated. Any person engaging in such behavior will be banned from the event.
XVX Festival is an all-ages event. Therefore, exhibitors and public visitors should exercise courtesy and good judgment when showcasing or viewing works. All pictSquare stall displays/decorations, pictSquare profile pictures and avatars, and new fanworks showcased during the event must be safe for work. Exhibitors who have NSFW material contained in their external links (e.g., in AO3 or personal portfolio sites) are required to indicate as such on their exhibitor profile. Please refer to the Exhibitor Guide for more details.
This is an unofficial fan event organized by the XVX Festival mod team and is unaffiliated with Hoyoverse or related companies.
Use of generative AI that trains itself on online databases (e.g. Midjourney, ChatGPT) to create any fanworks is strictly prohibited. Exhibitors utilizing such tools will be removed from the event.
